The article highlights key achievements of our work in La Saona, in particular the work of the health committee comprised of community members and the health promotor and doctor, both chosen by the community. The article also celebrates one of our key achievements: In the three years that Infante Sano has worked in La Saona, there have been no maternal deaths, neonatal deaths or infant deaths.
