The community of Anzal is located an hour southwest of Ouarzazate, in southern central Morocco. Residents speak the language Tashleheet, one of three Berber dialects spoken in Morocco, and an almost entirely oral language. A grant from World Connect's Kids to Kids Program supported the development of a sports court for kids, a basketball and volleyball court that was constructed inside the school walls. Following the installation of basketball hoops and volleyball nets and the purchase of balls and jerseys, the town celebrated with a week long basketball and volleyball camp serving 60 boys and girls.Explore other Projects
