Digital Skills Training for Women in Surulere
Project Launch: 12-29-20
Last year, with support from World Connect, Tech ME empowered 15 women with digital skills and supported them to get job placements. Tech ME hopes to build on the success of the pilot project and deliver digital skills training to 45 marginalized young women living in Surulere to improve their employability. Trainings will be on website building, graphic design, leadership, problem-solving, customer relations, effective communication, and time management. Tech ME has built partnerships with organizations in the private sector, creating a pipeline to job placement for their trainees.
