Empowering Vulnerable Women through Economic Freedom
Project Launch:
In Pachacutec, the majority of the population lives on less than a dollar per day. This project will provide financial management and business workshops to a group of 20 women in the community. During the workshops, they will do market analyses, develop business plans, and launch a cooperative savings and credit union, allowing them to take out loans to finance their small businesses. This project will empower the women to scale their businesses, earn more income, and improve the quality of life for themselves and their families.
