Malaria Health Education Training
Project Launch: 2-17-16
This project will focus on increasing the capacity of community health volunteers in Lundazi District, which is plagued by high rates of malaria. Volunteers from several community organizations will be trained on the Grassroots Soccer curriculum, which uses soccer as a platform for hands-on malaria education. This project builds upon the efforts of the local government as they aim to reduce the incidence of malaria through education and net distribution.
