Slum Animation
Project Launch: 1-18-24
With $4,909.56 funds from World Connect, Slum Art Foundation is set to provide training to 200 children in the Ijora badia community. This project will focus on the art of storytelling and create an animation Hub that gives students the opportunity to not only learn 2d animation, but photography and videography skills. These animations will convey important messages about the environment and recycling waste, in order to encourage the overall community to prioritize taking care of their environment. This project will also draw attention to the government and stakeholders for actionable steps to improve the ijora badia community.
